Founded in 2011 by sisters Federica and Elisa Toso, 2 Sorelle is a sustainably-driven craft brewery housed in a restored 19th-century stone farmhouse along the River Belbo. The duo blends high-level expertise with creative flair: Federica, a Food Science specialist, oversees the cultivation of estate-grown barley, while Elisa, the artistic visionary, handles the brand's distinctive design and packaging. Committed to a "green philosophy," the brewery operates on 100% renewable energy powered by a rooftop solar plant and a biomass boiler fueled by vineyard prunings. From grain to glass, 2 Sorelle delivers a premium, eco-conscious Italian ale that honors its Langhe roots.
