Cultivated with respect for its biodiversity, Domaine St Patrice flourishes to the rhythm of rigor and precision. Always attentive to the soils and the vines, Jérôme and Samuel work in a traditional way without ever using chemical weedkillers.
With experience and time, their know-how allows them to perfectly master each vine. Old methods of plowing such as ridging and decavating prevail in St Patrice. Picked by hand, the grapes are carefully sorted. Whole harvest vinification takes place in a gentle and natural manner on the principle of infusion.
