The Fietri estate offers one of the most charming and characteristic settings in the Tuscan wine making tradition, centrally located between the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Siena in the heart of the “Chianti Classico” wine production region. While other farms have not kept touch with the traditional systems, the Fietri land, with its ridged terraces, olive groves, vineyards and forests, preserves the work done over the centuries to maintain the terrain for the continual obtaining of resources needed to live. While respecting the tradition, the estate has renovated all its vineyards, bringing them to a total of 8 hectares, and has introduced, with particular care to the setting, new systems for the production of high quality wines. With the completion of the new wine-making facilities in 2006, the winery has begun the production and bottling of its wines completely in house.

Today the Fietri estate makes wines that are almost all organic, as showcased in its excellent Sangiovese grapes the Chianti Classico DOCG, the Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, the Sangiovese IGT Rosé, the IGT red wine "Dedicated to Benedetta", and our "Kallistè", an amazing sparkling wine classic method. With Chardonnay and Viognier grapes they also produce IGT white wine "Hic et Nunc.
