About Fleur des Vignes

Biodynamic /Organic / Natural / Woman Winemaker

Fleur des Vignes is the brainchild of young winemaker Mallorie Pabiot, the daughter of the esteemed winemaker and estate owner Dominique Pabiot. Mallorie has been working her vineyards for three years in biodynamic farming and this wine is the result of her personal commitment to ecology and nature. In July 2020, Mallorie and Dominique officially launched the conversion of their entire estate to organic agriculture. Working towards the reduction of waste, the recycling of materials, the consideration of our carbon footprint, Mallorie sincerely believes that there is no action too small to take to save our planet.

The Fleur des Vignes label features a honey bee, illustrating the primary goal of this cuvée— to place the bee at the center of attention. Mallorie wanted to use her handcrafted wine Fleur des Vignes to bring attention to the current precarious situation of bees. Bees are essential to our ecosystem and are an extremely important part the vineyard.

This Pouilly Fumé made from the Sauvignon grape should be served around 10-12 °C and goes wonderfully with seafood and shellfish, as well as white meats and goat cheese.
