From its origins as a bold farm diversification project in 2008, Hattingley Valley has evolved into one of the UK’s leading wineries. Located in the heart of rural Hampshire, the estate began when the Robinson family planted their inaugural vineyard on ancestral farmland—a modest step that laid the foundation for an international success story they never fully anticipated.

The estate boasts a 450-tonne, eco-friendly winery, custom-built to exacting standards. Under the expert guidance of the original Head Winemaker, Emma Rice, the facility was designed without compromise. By pairing Emma’s technical vision with owner Simon Robinson’s commitment to quality, Hattingley Valley secured the finest equipment available, resulting in one of the most technologically advanced winemaking facilities in the world today.

At Hattingley Valley, the only thing taken truly seriously is the liquid in the bottle. For everything else, the team prefers to lean into the unconventional.
