Baby, Babbo and Bebe` Proseccos are artisanally crafted by the prestigious organic Musaragno Estate (also known as Terra Musa).

Pramaggiore is a small town in the eastern part of the Veneto region in the heart of the Venetian wine-growing region. It was here that in 1972 Dino Musaragno started grape growing and wine making with 20 hectares that over years have grown to 30. The growth of the winery is directly tied to the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder whose profound love for his native soil has been passed to his son Moreno, who runs the winery today.

The winery has adopted the strict regulations of organic agriculture in which all fungicides and synthesized insecticides are banned and vineyard cultivation utilizes natural methods only. In practice, this means not depleting the plants and terrain, keeping yield levels low in favor of improved product quality and safeguarding health and the environment. The biologic cultivation of the winery's grapes is strictly controlled and certified by the ICEA (Instituto per la Certificazione Etico e Ambientale).

While the BABBO Prosecco is certified organic, the Baby will be certified organic with the next bottling and will therefore have it stated on the label in the near future. The Bébé, a Rosé Pinot Grigio frizzante will not be labeled organic for the foreseeable future in order to maintain its competitive pricing.
